Chicken pieces with garlic and parmesan are oven baked and easy to prepare. They are crunchy and delicious on the outside, soft and tender on the inside . Skip the fast food and make it for dinner instead !
Everyone loves chicken but no one wants to be the one standing around frying it ! So bake garlic and parmesan chicken pieces instead.
° 1 cup milk
° A quarter cup grated Parmesan cheese
° A cup corn flakes crumbs
° 1 pound chicken tenders (about 10)
° 3 tablespoons melted butter
° Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick spray.
Put yogurt in one bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and corn crumbs and put in another bowl.
Put the chicken pieces in the yogurt and leave it for 15 minutes.
Then dip each of the tenderloin into the cheese / crumb mixture to coat completely, and place it on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the melted butter over the bids. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake for 12 minutes or until crispy and golden in color and cooked through
