1 pinch of salt
25g of softened butter
2 tbsp instant dry baker’s yeast
1/2 lemon zest
25g of sugar
14 cl of milk
300g of flour
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Make a well and add the warm milk. Mix well. Beat the eggs into an omelet and add them, mix again. Add lastly the butter and mix. Let the dough rest.
After 2 hours, roll out your dough with a rolling pin, 1/2 cm thick, take a water glass and cut circles in the dough. Let the dough rest for 30 min.
Heat your cooking oil, put the doughnuts, and cook 2 min on each side. Add powdered sugar and eat warm.
